About Us
Our ministry was started in the red light district of San Jose, Costa Rica in 1969. We dedicate ourselves to Biblical evangelism. Our desire is to reach all of Latin America with the Gospel of Jesus Christ before His return, and we do this by training, equipping and motivating churches to fulfill the Great Commission, to the Glory of God the Father.

After a successful run in business, James has devoted his time to spreading the Gospel at home and abroad.
Charles Moore
President & Founder
A former U.S. Army Officer, seminary student and ordained minister, Charles began the ministry in 1969.
Carlos Mazariegos
Pastor / Speaker
A graduate of Universidad Mariano Gálvez, Carlos lives in Mixco, Guatemala and is pastor of Canal 27.
